The NYPD had one of their 'lets target and capture minorities and jail them' sting going on in April this year and falsely arrested Monsignor Boyle Little Angels school teacher Fermina Pena on the claim that she was party to purchasing of stolen property.
The sting was setup as a deal between an undercover cop and Pena's co-worker Sabina Deleon to meet at a Mcdonalds restaurant and purchase an iPad mini for $100. It just happened that Fermina was passing by just as the deal ended and the bitch Sabina set her up by asking her to hold the device while she walked away for a bit. That is clear indication that Sabina wanted to observe the scene to see if cops would close in, and they did. Only they knew Deleon was the buyer. But what they also knew was that Fermina was not involved, yet they arrested her.
The Monsignor Boyle Little Angels school still fired Fermina Pena even after they saw video eveidence from the restaurant that she was never there. Now that the cops have declared Fermina innocent, the racist school officials refuse to re-hire 'another Hispanic woman'. They must have been happy for the opportunity to ditch her.
Now Fermina has filed suit for $15 million against NYPD and rightly so. Only, it will just go into the pile of thousands of minority law suits that get delayed for many years.
